BW Homes recently conducted a client survey in an effort to improve customer service. To say the results were positive is a massive understatement.
61% of clients surveyed ranked their overall building experience with BW Homes as 10/10. 33% of clients ranked their overall building experience as 9/10.
54% of clients ranked their sales experience with BW Homes as 5/5 and 46% of clients ranked their experience as 4/5. Therefore it is fair to conclude that 100% of clients surveyed were very happy with the sales process at BW Homes. Comments regarding the communication throughout the sales process and how helpful the sales team were during this time were also noted.
